Rig Move Report for DQ12
Dear: Gents,
would like to inform you that, we had completed the rig move for DQ12 was success smoothly safely, and held pre job safety meeting with all operators every day morning during move days, and explained for them the specific safety instruction and informed them what we can do during rig move to avoid any hazardous, and informed also must be working as one team with DQ crew, to achieving of our goals at the end rig move & rig up more smoothly safely, and follow lifting operation for the cranes between both of locations to avoid any incident, and also follow secure load for all trucks as soon they loaded, and distributed the specific caution safety for all truck operators before start work to be more clear , and install it at truck cabins, Make convoy for wide loads ( main camp & the mast) , by using warning signs, and pilot car with flash light one in front of convoy and two at behind , and also held pre job safety meeting with all operators before convoy to avoid any problems at the road.
